This job is a little out of scope for the work I normally do, but I thought it would be useful to show my range. There were two older windows on this corner room being used as a home office, and the windows didn't particularly match the feel of the windows found elsewhere on the home.
I did each window as its own sub-project, demoing out the existing one and reframing and installing the new one in single days, so the house would not be open to the elements overnight. Then I patched the Hardiplank siding where needed and trimmed everything out. It's amazing how much trim a window installation can use. Always a good idea to buy a good bit more than needed and just return the unused quantity afterward.
This room turned into multiple jobs. As seen in the last pic, I laid in some LVT flooring at the end, and painted the room using a flat Superwhite by Benjamin Moore. Benjamin Moore is easily my favorite paint, and is worth the money. It's like rolling on fabric...one coat and done.
